This Shipping Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the shipping process.
SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID:
Items ordinarily ship in 1-5 business days.
Orders that will not be delivered by Friday may be be held for shipment on the following Monday/Tuesday to protect your chocolate during transit.
This precaution is because No Deliveries are made on Sundays, and your item will potentially sit in a hot truck thawing out, or melting.
Due to Covid, shipping times may be longer than anticipated.
We are handing off packages to our shipping carriers quickly.
Most orders will arrive on time.
However, some orders may be affected by nationwide shipping delays.
Tracking of any order that doesn’t show a delivered status after 30 days will be replaced with an additional duplicate order Free of Charge.
If this unfortunately occurs with your order, you may keep the additional item/s received.
